We are expanding and seeking professionals ready to grow with us. **Main Responsibilities:** In-person, telephone, and virtual channel sales. Provide technical support throughout the sales process. Understand customer needs and present technical solutions. Register and prospect new customers. Prepare quotations for requests from companies and individuals. Negotiate pricing, research market rates, and assess discount margins. Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics departments. Stay updated on the latest technological trends and advancements. Promote campaigns, events, and products via broadcast lists. **What We Seek:** * Candidate with completed high school education; technical or higher education preferred. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical sales within the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning sector. * Solid knowledge of Commercial Refrigeration. * Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts. * In-depth knowledge of offered products or services. * Aptitude to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships. * Results-oriented mindset with commitment to achieving targets. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **What We Offer:** * Compensation: Fixed Salary BRL 2,350.00 + Commissions * Meal Voucher or Food Voucher with monthly value of BRL 500.00; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Pharmacy Benefit Program; * Academic Incentive Program; * Birthday Day Off. **Location:** We have openings in Bonsucesso - RJ.
