Key Responsibilities: Responsible for technical and operational coordination of building construction projects, focusing on steel structures, reinforced concrete, foundations, and building installations, ensuring execution within defined quality, safety, and schedule standards. Responsible for preparation and control of technical documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable engineering codes, regulations, and standards, always aligned with Brasil Infra's culture—based on commitment, safe work practices, a healthy environment, results orientation, and a growth mindset. Objectives and Indicators Under Your Responsibility: * Technical Execution: Ensure technical compliance and structural integrity of ongoing construction projects. * Technical Documentation: Critically analyze, coordinate, and control structural designs, specifications, reports, and calculations in accordance with civil engineering codes and standards. * Safety and Quality: Monitor field execution to ensure compliance with NR-18, NR-35 regulations and sound construction practices. * Schedule and Cost Management: Meet project schedules and productivity targets through efficient management of material and human resources. * Technical Performance: Support executive planning with a focus on accuracy, technical quality, and reduction of rework. Main Responsibilities: * + Analyze and interpret structural designs (reinforced concrete, steel, and foundations). * Monitor key productivity indicators (KPIs). * Monitor construction execution to ensure compliance with designs and technical specifications. * Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, ensuring execution per schedule and budget. * Support procurement and management of suppliers and subcontractors. * Generate and update physical and financial progress reports. * Support technical audits and quality assurance processes. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations. * Support planning and budgeting departments with technical information and quantities. Mandatory Technical Competencies: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with active registration at CREA. * Proven experience in steel structures, reinforced concrete, and foundations in large-scale projects. * Knowledge of technical standards. * Ability to read, review, and coordinate engineering designs. Desirable Technical Competencies: * Experience in steel, reinforced concrete, and foundation works in large-scale projects. * Experience in evaluation and review of execution designs. * Experience in field technical coordination and interface with clients and contractors. * Rigorous regarding technical standards and quality, yet practical in execution. * Analytical mindset with attention to detail. * Capable of leading by example and communicating clearly and directly. * Disciplined, committed, and resilient.
