Job Summary:
The Loss Prevention Officer protects the company's assets by preventing theft, diversion, and fraud, ensuring compliance with regulations and reducing operational losses.

The Loss Prevention Officer is responsible for protecting the company's assets by preventing internal and external theft, losses, product damage, and fraud, as well as ensuring compliance with internal safety regulations and procedures, thereby contributing to reduced operational losses.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Monitor the movement of people and goods within company premises
* Prevent internal and external theft, losses, and product damage
* Supervise entries and exits of employees, customers, suppliers, and vehicles
* Oversee goods receiving, storage, and dispatch processes
* Conduct stock counts, inventories, and internal audits
* Identify suspicious behavior and take preventive action
* Ensure compliance with internal safety regulations and procedures
* Record incidents, prepare reports, and report irregularities to management
* Support training and awareness initiatives on loss prevention
* Collaborate with other departments for continuous process improvement
**Desired Qualifications:**
* Completed high school education
* Prior experience in loss prevention, asset security, or related fields
* Attention to detail, ethical conduct, and strong sense of responsibility
* Good communication skills and keen observational ability
* Basic knowledge of inventory controls and operational procedures
