We are seeking a professional to join our team and provide operational and administrative support for technical-administrative activities related to service provider accreditation.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Conduct research and outreach to identify prospective service providers for accreditation, using tools (Google, ChatGPT) and contacting them via e\-mail, telephone, and WhatsApp—aiming to accredit new business partners to serve our national client portfolio.
* Support financial feasibility studies for costs associated with new accreditations or adjustments, by analyzing compatibility with contracts signed with clients—ensuring budgetary control aligns with contractual projections.
* Negotiate commercial terms with service providers, aligning pricing proposals with current contracts—to safeguard the projected financial margin and promote cost reduction.
* Process contracts and addenda with the Legal Department, performing preliminary reviews of agreed terms and adjusting draft contracts—to obtain legal approval and ensure compliance of contracted services.
* Address specific client needs regarding differentiated services, through analysis of questionnaires and alignment meetings—to guarantee high-quality, customized deliverables aligned with received requests.
* Perform other related and inherent professional duties as required by departmental needs and/or demands—through training, professional qualification, and guidance from immediate supervisors—to ensure continuous professional development.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Experience in administrative roles and in service provider accreditation processes
* Knowledge of SOC will be considered an advantage
* Excellent interpersonal skills, resilience, organization, flexibility, and commitment
