Critical role in removing impediments and proactively managing risks. **Job Mission** Orchestrate the Data \& AI coordination project portfolio from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality, strategically aligned deliveries consistent with executive leadership and business area strategies. Why this role is critical • This professional will support demand queue management, facilitate timeline estimation, and ensure task documentation for traceability in Azure DevOps. • They will serve as an end-to-end connector, acting as a hub between the AI and Data team and business teams and/or vendors, removing impediments with a strong sense of urgency. **Key Responsibilities** 1\) Project and Outcome Management • Lead projects with defined scope, risks, dependencies, priorities, and schedules. • Deliver weekly executive status updates to the AI and Data coordination team, highlighting progress, risks, and next steps, plus action plans in case of deviations. • Monitor daily delivery owners and hold them accountable for quality and deadlines, managing by milestones. 2\) Governance and Monitoring in Azure DevOps • Maintain a centralized demand backlog in Azure DevOps; support writing epics, features, user stories, and tasks, defining clear acceptance criteria. • Build executive dashboards, queries, and KPIs to monitor task cadence and workload balancing. • Ensure task documentation and traceability in Azure DevOps. 3\) Impediment Removal and Risk Management • Align expectations with business focal points on scope, objectives, priorities, and expectations. • Engage Data, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity teams to unblock dependencies where they exist. • Anticipate risks and establish action plans before they impact the schedule. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements** JD — Senior Project Manager \| Data \& AI * 5\+ years of experience managing Data \& AI projects. * Proven experience in data pipeline, integration, automation, data ingestion/transformation, data modeling, and predictive modeling projects. * Proficiency in Azure DevOps (backlog, queries, reports, and dashboards). * Experience managing vendors and contracts. • Ability to translate business requirements into user stories/tasks. • Executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship skills. **Preferred Qualification** • Prior experience in the oil and gas industry.
