We are looking for a **Sales Consultant** to join our team and directly handle the acquisition of new students, ensuring a welcoming, motivating, and results-oriented experience. **Main Responsibilities:** **(Availability to work night shifts)** · Conduct in-person, phone, WhatsApp, and social media interactions; · Present the gym's facilities, membership plans, and unique selling points; · Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing; · Track daily and monthly sales targets; · Keep the CRM updated with lead information and negotiation statuses; · Participate in external recruitment activities, partnerships, and promotional events. **Requirements:** · Completed high school (college enrollment preferred); · Experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles; · Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and goal orientation; · Familiarity with the fitness industry is a plus. **We Offer:** · Fixed salary \+ performance-based commission; Ongoing training and professional development; 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday / Saturday, Sunday, and holidays on rotation Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.621,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Which neighborhood do you live in?
