Key Responsibilities: * Lead the integrated quality management system (raw materials, PA/pre-production, semi-finished goods, and finished products) and ensure compliance with internal standards and certifications. * Monitor production against PCP targets, tracking quality KPIs (rejection rate, rework, lead time, cost of non-conformance). * Supervise and coordinate international audits and the quality auditor conducting floor rounds in sewing (RJ), ensuring closure of non-conformities. * Validate pilot pieces and approval samples (PP) for TP and Lycra; authorize batch releases according to accessibility criteria. * Oversee finishing, inspection, and finalization operations, implementing customized checklists and inspection criteria for Lycra and woven fabric. * Coordinate inspection of garments produced by external contractors, applying inspection plans, PP, and access protocols. * Manage the finishing department team (TP and Lycra). * Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality records. * Conduct raw material (fabric, trims) inspections and supplier validation; manage RMA/returns and corrective actions. * Perform statistical process analysis (SPC), laboratory testing, and performance reporting; propose continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 8D/CAPA). * Collaborate with Product Development, PCP, Procurement, and Production to ensure technical transfers and reduction of non-conformities. * Control textile labeling, traceability, and legal/regulatory compliance. * Manage the digital quality system (non-conformance logging, action plans) and use Linx/ERP for controls. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree (Technology/Textiles/Engineering or related field). Technical certification in Metrology or Textile Technology is desirable. * Textile quality experience with woven fabric and Lycra; knowledge of sewing and finishing processes. * Practical knowledge of ISO quality standards and good manufacturing practices. * Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality tools (5S, PDCA, 8D). * Knowledge of textile labeling and legal regulatory requirements. * Experience in raw material inspection and supplier management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Linx or similar ERP systems. * Profile: clear communication, leadership, results orientation, and process control.
