Summary: This role involves performing Local Content Certification activities for various goods, materials, and services, working closely with analysts to measure costs and ensure compliance. Local Content is a Brazilian federal policy, enforced by the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas, and Biofuels (ANP), that requires operators involved in field development in Brazil to engage with Brazilian suppliers for local goods and services on projects related to the exploration and development stages. Governed by ANP Resolution No. 19, this requirement is referred toas “Local Content,” and is defined as a percentage of the contractual value to be provided by the Brazilian industry. In order to demonstrate compliance with the contractual Local Content requirements set by ANP, certification of the content is necessary. For this job, the person performs Local Content Certification activities for Goods, Materials, Labor Services and Set and works closely with Local Content analysts, promoting the measurement/calculation of costs, values and origin of the tax documentation that makes up the scope of the certification work. **What You Will Do:** * Under direct and indirect supervision, performs work involving conventional practices for Local Content certification, which may include problem solving. * Responsible for the assessment of projects designated by the Supervisor or Manager. * Completion of ANP spreadsheets, with the consolidation of costs and values determined and Local Content Certificates and Verification Report. * Works with the Client on a day\-to\-day basis, for clarifications, updates and requests for pending issues. **What You Will Need:** Education and Experience * Higher education students or recent graduates in Business, Economics, Accounting or Engineering. * Intermediate English preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Needs to be familiar with the ABS Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Management System. * Excellent organizational skills. * Microsoft Excel at Intermediate level. * Ability to work well with others. **Reporting Relationships:** Reports to the Local Content Supervisor or to the Local Content Manager.
