Supervise crew members and interact with clients. **Description** The candidate will serve as an Operations Coordinator for offshore vessels, ensuring operational effectiveness. **Responsibilities and Duties** Ensure vessels implement the company's mission, vision, values, and defined operational strategies; Ensure vessels are crewed in accordance with Administration and flag state regulations; Ensure operations are conducted in full compliance with the company's QSMS procedures; Develop operational procedures and adhere to established policies; Reinforce operational requirements for support departments so they can meet the needs specified by vessels; Monitor and track the quality and timeliness of support department services, reporting key challenges to their supervisor; Monitor daily vessel operations and maintenance; Supervise crew members and interact with clients; Plan and monitor crew shift rotations; Monitor and track audits and inspections; Support practices and procedures outlined in the Management System Manual; Supervise and evaluate vessel crew members; **Requirements and Qualifications** Experience in People and Operations Management within the maritime sector. Willingness to travel. Intermediate English proficiency.
