Job Summary: Profitability Analyst to support strategic decisions and promote continuous improvement of company results, with a focus on contract profitability analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Support for audits and enhancement of financial processes. Grupo Seres is seeking a Profitability Analyst for the Profitability Area. This position focuses on contract profitability analysis based on financial data to support strategic decisions and promote continuous improvement of company results. We seek an analytical, organized profile with strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in analytical tools. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze contract profitability, identifying profits, losses, variances, and optimization opportunities; * Prepare performance reports and indicators to support management; * Liaise with internal departments to align information and obtain data; * Ensure timely delivery and quality of outputs; * Support internal and external audits with data and documentation; * Contribute to the review and enhancement of financial processes and controls. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience in financial and profitability analysis; * Knowledge of audit processes; * Advanced Excel skills; * Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to deadlines; * Good communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills. **Additional Information:** * Work model: Hybrid – Rio de Janeiro City Center * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
