This is an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about gastronomy, possessing leadership skills and a focus on quality, results, and customer experience. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Responsible for full management of kitchen activities, including planning, recipe and dish creation, and coordination of execution, ensuring product quality standards, presentation, and flavor. Manages cost control, inventory management, and waste reduction, directly contributing to the establishment's profitability. Leads and develops the team, organizes work schedules, supervises good food handling practices, and ensures compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Collaborates with management on menu development, promotional initiatives, and continuous operational process improvements.
