Support store management by evaluating accounts and identifying potential waste and/or excesses; implement actions to improve key indicators; Monitor and follow up on outsourced companies’ work to ensure high-quality service delivery; Verify and jointly sign, with the store manager, service invoices, supplies invoices, expense documents, and route them for payment processing; Coordinate with department heads regarding purchase requests and supply requisitions for various areas; Jointly monitor customer complaints recorded in the Customer Service System with store management. 2512040202181057924
