If you have experience purchasing pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical products, proficiency in management tools, and a strong negotiation profile, this position is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Inventory Management:** Conduct daily verification and restocking of goods to ensure product availability on shelves. * **Strategic Negotiation:** Develop negotiation plans to secure optimal commercial terms (price, delivery schedule, and quality) with suppliers. * **System Operations:** Use the **CotFácil and SmartPad** systems for purchase entries, quotations, and procurement control. * **Supplier Qualification:** Identify, evaluate, and register new partners, monitoring delivery performance and service quality. * **Market Analysis:** Monitor trends, conduct quotations, and perform cost\-benefit comparisons to optimize the network’s investments. * **Logistics Control:** Track goods delivery processes and verify payment deadlines and dates with the finance department. * **Reporting and Insights:** Contribute to periodic analyses of procurement performance and operational risks. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Completed high school. * **Experience:** Prior experience in pharmacy procurement. * **Systems:** Familiarity with the CotFácil system. * **Behavioral Profile:** * Negotiation and persuasion skills; * Proactivity and initiative to identify new business opportunities; * Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; * Ability to meet deadlines. **Additional Information** * **Work Location:** Bonsucesso, Rio de Janeiro (On-site). * **Salary:** Starting from R$3\.000, depending on profile and experience. * **Working Hours:** \* Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. * **Employment Type:** CLT regime. **Ideal Candidate Profile Highlights** We seek someone who does not merely "purchase", but understands the inventory turnover dynamics of a pharmacy, manages contracts discreetly and ethically, and maintains solid interpersonal relationships to interact directly with suppliers and store teams.
