If you are passionate about Japanese cuisine and possess exceptional skills in preparing sushi and other traditional dishes, we want to meet you! Our ideal candidate is committed, responsible, humble, and has proven experience as a Sushiman. In-depth knowledge of various types of fish used in Japanese cuisine and strong teamwork abilities are essential. Responsibilities: * Prepare sushi and other dishes according to company-established standards and guidelines; * Clean and organize equipment and utensils; * Maintain ingredient quality by checking freshness and expiration dates; * Follow good food handling practices and food safety regulations; * Collaborate with other chefs and cooks to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Requirements: * Experience as a Sushiman or Sushiman Assistant; * Knowledge of various types of fish used in Japanese cuisine; * Proficiency in preparing sushi, sashimi, temaki, and other traditional dishes; * Adherence to hygiene and food safety regulations; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
