Direct support to supervision in team management **Description:** ---------------- CLEANING SUPERVISOR * Supervise and guide ASG staff in performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in the shopping center's common areas. * Assign tasks and assist in scheduling according to supervision instructions. * Monitor hygiene standards in restrooms, food court, corridors, and other facilities. * Support inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment. * Assist in attendance tracking, absences, and staff replacements, reporting to the supervisor. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE. * Provide direct support to the supervisor to guarantee service quality.
