Pharmacist Location: Duque de Caxias Technical requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and active registration with CRF-RJ. * Experience in pharmaceutical logistics, distribution, or GDP-compliant warehouse is desirable. * Practical knowledge of RDC 430/2020, GMP/BPAT, and ISO 9001. * Google Workspace or MS Office suite; ability to read IoT/TMS spreadsheets. Responsibilities: * Daily sanitary routine: * Monitor temperature/humidity; * Release or block docks, vehicles, and batches; * Oversee cleaning of water tanks, calibration of thermo-hygrometers, and thermal qualification of refrigerated trucks and climate-controlled rooms. * Document management: review and approve SOPs; * Maintain license dossier (Sanitary License, IBAMA, CRT, ARMY, CIVIL POLICE, MILITARY POLICE). * Training & BPAT: deliver toolbox talks, manage competency matrix and annual refresher training. * Non-conformities & CAPA: initiate deviations, conduct root cause analysis (5 Whys/8D), and validate corrective actions. * Regulatory interface: represent the company before VISA, CRF, and customer audits.
