The professional will be responsible for ensuring the best experience for beneficiaries served at our clinics.** **Responsibilities and Duties** Guide beneficiaries on health care at the Primary Health Care (PHC) level, clarifying concepts related to health best practices. Conduct nursing consultations for beneficiaries actively. Document performed procedures in the system, respecting nursing concepts and the form already available in the system. Follow up on beneficiary care demands jointly with the coordinating nurse and the assigned family physician, using Digital Health tools. Handle technical outpatient demands, being responsible for direct assistance and supervision of procedures such as medication administration, wound dressing, and lab sample collection. Supervise nursing activities together with the coordinating nurse to maintain quality standards according to technical criteria and patient safety requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Active COREN registration. **Additional Information** Meal Allowance: R$42.00; Transportation Allowance; Birthday Day Off; Health Insurance with no payroll deduction; Dental Insurance with no payroll deduction; Total Pass; Discounts on courses and university tuition.
