Job Summary: Responsible for the regularization and monitoring of sanitary documents, providing technical support, and managing quality and inventory processes. Key Highlights: 1. All our positions are open to persons with disabilities (PwD). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure the regularization of the DC's Sanitary Documents; * Monitor inspections conducted by sanitary, municipal, and environmental authorities, as well as resolve pending items and non-conformities arising from such inspections; * Provide technical support and deliver training to Logistics and Commercial departments; * Maintain the health of the company's registration by reviewing sanitary documents of customers, suppliers, and products, thereby authorizing or blocking purchases and sales of goods; * Maintain and control the sanitary conditions of the DC through self-inspections / checklists; * Manage the Segregated Products Department through segregation, return-to-supplier, and disposal (incineration or donation) processes for unsuitable products (expired, recalled, or damaged); * Ensure traceability of recall anomalies and inventory discrepancies; * Oversee the movement of psychotropic medications through strict entry/exit registration controls and inventory audits to guarantee quality and accuracy; * Control batch quality (entry and exit) and expiry dates (FIFO/FEFO) via training and technical guidance based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); * Manage the cold-chain distribution process; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy; * Knowledge of regulations RDC 430/20, Ordinance 344/98, and Good Storage and Distribution Practices; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Experience handling controlled and refrigerated products, legal and sanitary documentation, regulatory inspections, and resolution of inspection requirements; * Prior experience in a distribution company is a plus; **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * PDS (Superior Performance Bonus); * Partnerships and Agreements (SESC, universities, restaurants, leisure, culture, etc.); * Development/Educational Platform and Development Programs; * Maternity Program; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance or Food Allowance; **Working Hours**: 08:00 to 14:00 **Location:** Duque de Caxias/RJ We are the **GrupoSC**: the extension of the pharmaceutical industry, offering customer-focused solutions centered on patients and consumers, comprising major brands such as SantaCruz, Panpharma, and Oncoprod.
