Job Summary: A Content Analyst who develops and executes editorial planning, produces and revises content for multiple channels, edits videos, and manages the editorial calendar. Key Highlights: 1. Defines editorial topics based on engagement, reach, and CTR data. A franchise network of autonomous convenience stores is seeking a Content Analyst in Rio de Janeiro (Barra da Tijuca). Mikromarket is a company specialized in marketing a wide range of products, with a focus on consumer goods retail. **Responsibilities:** Develops and executes monthly editorial planning, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with business objectives. Produces and reviews content for multiple channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and WhatsApp), including copy, visual briefs, and video scripts. Edits short videos using tools such as CapCut, prioritizing high-performing content. Defines editorial topics based on engagement, reach, and CTR data, proposing strategic adjustments. Monitors and reports KPIs in a structured manner, providing actionable analyses and recommendations. Manages the editorial calendar autonomously, anticipating seasonal demands, campaigns, and operational milestones. Acts as a technical reference within the team, supporting briefing reviews and brand language evolution. Identifies content trends and relevant formats for retail and franchising. Previous experience as a Content Specialist, Content Coordinator, Content Writer, or Content Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor’s degree required.
