Applicants must be enrolled in an undergraduate program in Logistics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide operational support for **VTEX**, **Zendesk**, and **Linx Millennium** systems * Track orders, monitor status, handle exceptions, and manage related actions within systems * Provide basic technical support for **exchanges, email organization and management** (LocalWeb) * Update, manage, and perform basic analysis of **Excel spreadsheets** * Provide technical support for organizing and tracking requests via **WhatsApp** * Support integration of information across systems (orders, payments, invoicing, and deliveries) * Assist in identifying operational failures and support process improvement Location: Benfica \- RJ Stipend: BRL 1\.200,00 \+ Transportation Allowance \+ Meal Allowance or Food Card Working Hours: 6 hours/day, Monday to Friday.
