Strictly follow safety regulations **Responsibilities:** \- Perform daily cleaning of all kitchen areas and other environments within the hospital facility, including floors, walls, utensils, equipment, and countertops. \- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards by following established procedures. \- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, refrigerators, and food processing machines. \- Immediately report any issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor. \- Properly collect and dispose of waste and garbage, adhering to recycling and sustainable disposal regulations. \- Keep the dining area clean and organized. \- Reposition tables and chairs as needed, ensuring customers enjoy a pleasant dining environment. \- Strictly follow safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). \- Perform additional tasks as directed by management or the chef, ensuring kitchen and hospital environment efficiency. **Requirements:** \- Proven prior experience as a General Services Assistant in corporate restaurants and hotels Benefits: Transportation Voucher (cap R$ 18.80\) \+ On-site Meal.
