




Job Summary: Work at the reception desk, handle and screen phone calls, take messages, receive visitors and merchandise, purchase office supplies, and manage correspondence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet people and manage the inbound and outbound flow of goods and items. 2. Handle telephone calls, screen incoming calls, and take messages. 3. Assist with calls and manage the dispatch and tracking of correspondence. The Receptionist will greet diverse visitors, goods, items, and merchandise; answer and screen phone calls; take messages; receive visitors; be responsible for purchasing office and hygiene supplies; route calls; dispatch and track correspondence; and provide call support. **Requirements:** High school diploma; Proven work experience in this role (as documented in employment record); Availability to work on a 12-hour day / 36-hour night shift schedule; Benefits Meal Allowance Transportation Allowance
