Responsibilities Lead and coordinate a medium-sized team of approximately 30 employees (internal and external); Ensure operational organization, especially during peak hours, avoiding loss of control; Monitor and ensure completion of operational checklists; Perform inventory control and counting, tracking receipts, withdrawals, and waste; Manage and organize mandatory unit documentation; Supervise operational spreadsheets; Respond to requirements from the Nutritionist, Franchise, and Sanitary Surveillance, maintaining store compliance; Assist with payroll closing; Manage employee documentation and issue warnings when necessary; Perform cash register opening, closing, and fiscal reconciliation; Provide clear and constructive feedback to the team; Demonstrate leadership, emotional balance, tact, and humanity. Requirements: Reside nearby; Intermediate Excel skills; Experience in restaurant leadership or related areas.
