We seek someone committed to helping create an increasingly better customer experience at Casas Pedro. If you are proactive, possess strong teamwork skills, and want to make a difference in commerce and retail, don’t miss this opportunity — this position is for you! **Responsibilities:** * Divide large volumes of raw materials or finished products into smaller portions. * Ensure portion weight or volume complies with established standards. * Package fractioned products using appropriate materials. * Verify proper sealing of packages and confirm correct labeling, including expiration date and batch number. * Inspect products during the fractioning process to ensure no defects or flaws occur. * Maintain workplace hygiene and ensure compliance with food safety or industrial safety regulations. * Organize ready-to-distribute or ready-to-ship products. * Store fractioned products appropriately, following inventory management and stock control procedures. **Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday | 08:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Requirements:** * Completed high school and elementary education; * Prior experience in product fractioning is a plus; * Strong verbal communication skills; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. **Compensation + Benefits:** * Fixed salary + Monthly Bonus (based on goal achievement); * Transportation Allowance (VT); * Meal Voucher or Food Allowance; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Plan; * Career Development Program; * Wellhub; Why work with us?
