




Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing procurement processes, inventory control, and administrative tasks, ensuring effective communication and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative tasks and general support Core Responsibilities: Check emails and messages; Verify and monitor stock department absence records; Carry out procurement procedures according to the Flowchart; Track, analyze, verify, and report order arrivals in accordance with negotiated terms; Register products and suppliers in the system; Generate reports and obtain product quotations from suppliers and distributors; Identify and schedule appointments with Representatives; Contact Representatives and Suppliers via telephone and/or email; Generate purchase requests (Purchase Orders) in the system; Obtain Director's signature for purchase requests (Authorization); Responsible for controlling merchandise receipt – Receipt Schedule; Responsible for communicating with warehouses and inventory regarding merchandise arrival forecasts; Track and follow up with suppliers on order deliveries; Receive invoices upon merchandise receipt; Issue invoices; Monitor product turnover (ABC Curve) and inventory control; Track, negotiate, and follow up on Exchange Processes; Investigate, control, and analyze results of cyclic stock counts together with the manager; Archive documents; Assist with administrative tasks; Compensation: R$2\.500,00 per month Selection Question(s): * Hold a completed degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or Accounting.
