Pedagogical and administrative management of classes **Job Description:** The Center for Company-School Integration (CIEE) is a private, non-profit, non-economic civil association recognized as a social assistance entity. Through various programs—including apprenticeship and student internships—it enables adolescents and young people to achieve holistic development and enter the workforce. CIEE Rio is seeking dynamic professionals with academic qualifications in the fields specified in the requirements and who are interested in working with young apprentices./ppbr/ppstrong style=background-color rgb(244, 246, 247); color rgb(85, 85, 85);Obs: Temporary position – RPA contract for 90 business days/strong/p **Working Hours:** Monday from 08:30 to 17:30; Tuesday from 08:30 to 17:30; Wednesday from 08:30 to 17:30; Thursday from 08:30 to 17:30; Friday from 08:30 to 17:30 **Responsibilities:** Responsible for conducting meetings with young apprentices aged 14 to 24, delivering workshops to develop their Soft Skills and prepare them for the job market. Planning training sessions according to required competencies and skills; applying group dynamics to develop and/or identify behavioral and technical competencies; managing classes both pedagogically and administratively; updating attendance records, completing registrations, evaluating competencies, and monitoring classes; organizing and maintaining physical class folders; communicating with companies employing the apprentices via telephone and email. **Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree in: Pedagogy, Psychology, Social Work, Administration, History, Geography, Languages, or related fields; preferably residing in Caxias or having easy access to the location; availability to work Monday through Friday, from 08:30 to 17:30; experience in education and/or classroom management is a plus. **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance. **Company Description:** The Center for Company-School Integration (CIEE) is a private, non-profit, non-economic civil association recognized as a social assistance entity.
