As an **Operations Runner**, you’ll ensure delivery orders flow smoothly within our unit, handle administrative tasks, resolve issues, and deliver top-tier customer service. **About the Role:** * Organize and efficiently transport food orders within our unit for pickup by delivery drivers. * Handle administrative tasks, maintain facility cleanliness, and act as a problem solver. * Serve as the liaison between Kitchen Central and our partners—restaurants and drivers. **Your Responsibilities:** * Be the front line of our business! * Collect orders from kitchens and deliver them to the central processing area. * Deliver exceptional service to internal team members, restaurant staff, and app-based delivery drivers. **Qualifications:** * Ability to lift up to 20 kg and climb stairs. * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. * Ability to independently resolve problems. * Strong communication skills, both in person and online. * Positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. * Customer service experience, food service background, or experience as a delivery app driver is a plus. **About Kitchen Central:** We are a technology startup revolutionizing food delivery.
