Job Summary: Work in commercial representation focused on sales, external prospecting, product presentations, proposal preparation, and customer follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Multichannel customer service and external client visits Work in commercial representation focused on sales; External prospecting (PAP); Present products and address customer inquiries; Prepare commercial proposals; Close and follow up on sales from prospecting through after-sales, maintaining customers in your portfolio; Conduct negotiations and prepare reports; Provide after-sales customer support; Handle telephone, in-person, and virtual (chat/email) customer service; Visit external clients and conduct external campaigns. Shift schedule: 12x36 ***Desired Education and Experience:*** **Sales experience required.** Experience in telecom sales is a plus; Strong verbal and written communication skills; proactive and perceptive; Completed high school education.
