Key Responsibilities: * Conduct **active customer prospecting** using leads provided by the company; * Present solutions, lead negotiations, and close sales; * Develop strategies to achieve and exceed targets; * Maintain and expand the customer portfolio; * Participate in meetings, trainings, and commercial alignment sessions; * Organize and execute the sales routine with a results-oriented focus. Requirements: * Proven experience in commercial/sales roles; * Completed high school education (a bachelor's degree is considered a plus); * Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills; * Proactive profile with initiative and a results-driven mindset; * Ability to work effectively in a team. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in consultative sales; * Familiarity with CRM tools; * Experience working with sales targets and performance metrics.
