Ensures compliance with labor legislation Human Resources Consulting firm seeks a Payroll Analyst in Rio de Janeiro (Flamengo). **Responsibilities:** Directly handles financial and human resources routines, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, benefits, and payroll taxes. Key responsibilities: Process monthly payroll; calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, and deductions; administer benefits (transportation allowance, meal voucher, health insurance, etc.); ensure compliance with labor legislation (Consolidation of Labor Laws - CLT in Brazil); calculate social charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF); issue payslips and reports; manage vacations, leaves of absence, and terminations; work with payroll systems (e.g., SAP, TOTVS, etc.). Previous experience as Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Analyst, Payroll Coordinator, or Payroll Assistant may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
