Review the details about this position: * Ensure excellence in the unit’s clinical management, promoting patient safety, compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and operational efficiency; * Serve as the liaison between clinical teams and strategic departments, ensuring quality of care and alignment with organizational values; * Coordinate and supervise clinical teams, guaranteeing high-performance outcomes; * Plan, implement, and monitor clinical protocols and workflow processes; * Ensure compliance with health regulations and oncology standards; * Guarantee patient safety across all clinical processes; * Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvements; * Promote integration with other unit departments and close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams; * Encourage innovation, creativity, and proactive problem resolution; * Participate in the unit’s strategic planning and contribute to operational decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** If you believe care begins with preparation and intention, this may be your place.
