If you love challenges, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Posting job openings on platforms and social media; * Screening resumes; * Handling a high volume of job openings; * Scheduling interviews (for openings and exit interviews); * Communicating with candidates (providing positive or negative feedback); * Supporting interviews and group activities; * Organizing and updating employee documentation; * Managing digital file storage; * Collecting documents required for hiring; * Supporting the onboarding process (integration of new employees); * Verifying documentation; * Assisting with internal marketing initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration (or currently pursuing); Experience in recruitment and selection within retail (mandatory); Availability to work onsite in Botafogo/RJ; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (basic to intermediate level); Dynamic and organized. **Additional Information** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Gympass; * Flexible meal allowance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Discount on Dermage products.
