Preparation of cost estimates and material takeoffs We are seeking a Building Technician to supervise, control, and execute maintenance, renovation, and small-scale construction activities in school environments. The professional will be responsible for preserving physical facilities, promoting safety, quality, and optimal functionality of spaces. Responsibilities: * Supervise and inspect building maintenance services (civil, electrical, and plumbing) * Conduct periodic facility inspections * Prepare cost estimates and material takeoffs * Monitor construction and service schedules * Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards * Liaise with suppliers and service providers * Prepare technical reports and maintenance records * Identify repair needs and propose structural improvements * Supervise small-scale construction projects and renovations Requirements: * Completed technical course in Building Construction * Prior experience in building maintenance or construction * Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings * Familiarity with AutoCAD * Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems * Fundamental understanding of safety regulations (NRs) What We Offer: * Transportation allowance * Meals at school (breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack) * Health insurance plan via voluntary enrollment with 30% co-payment Compensation: Starting from R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
