We would love to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive, process, and evaluate warranty claims, verifying eligibility according to company terms and policies; * Maintain detailed and accurate records of all warranty claims and communicate with the vehicle manufacturer to obtain authorizations and resolve quality-related issues; * Provide technical support to customers and mechanics, ensuring timely reimbursements and a high level of customer service throughout the warranty process; * Analyze data and prepare reports on warranty claims, identifying trends and areas for quality improvement and product development; * Perform other related tasks assigned by immediate management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Experience as a Warranty Specialist at an automotive dealership; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of Quality Management (standards and regulations) and ability to analyze data. **Additional Information** **Work Location: Roma Renault \- Recreio/RJ;** **Schedule: Monday to Friday \- 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM\.** Benefits: * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher; * Food allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Bem\-mais benefits; * Life insurance, with no employee deduction; * Various partnerships and agreements (universities, language schools, etc.); * Acolher – Employee Onboarding Program; * Bem\-Vindo Bebê Program; * “I Recommend Roma” Program; * Partnership with SESC offering access to theaters, hotels, excursions, and other activities; * Discounts on products and services offered by Group companies.
