If you enjoy learning, connecting with people, and wish to grow within a solid and recognized network, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Providing service to students and their guardians at the unit; * Selling and delivering teaching materials; * Entering information into the management system; * Managing files (contracts, declarations, terms, etc.); * Enrolling students with a focus on achieving enrollment targets; * Conducting follow-up calls to attract prospective students; * Re-engagement process; * Re-enrollment process; * Handling delinquency and collection procedures; * Participating in commercial activities; * Conducting competitor research; * Performing post-sale follow-up; * Creating content for the school’s social media stories. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in High School, Technical School, or Undergraduate studies; * Prior customer service experience is desirable, preferably in educational settings or free-course schools; * Familiarity with administrative and financial routines, including payment collection, cash control, and document issuance, is desirable; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) and data management platforms; * Ability to manage recordkeeping processes, inventory control, and document management. **Additional Information** Transportation allowance 100% scholarship for English or Spanish courses, paying only for teaching materials Educational discount: 30% off undergraduate or postgraduate courses at UNIGRANRIO TotalPass – taking care of your health matters too! **About CNA Idiomas** CNA Idiomas is an English and Spanish language education network with over 50 years of market presence and part of the CNA+ educational group, serving approximately 400,000 students annually across more than 730 units throughout Brazil.
