As a Crane Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and international standards. You will join a dynamic environment with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and operational excellence, as well as the opportunity to work with simulators and modern training methodologies. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver theoretical and practical training for crane operators * Conduct participant performance assessments * Ensure training compliance with applicable standards and client requirements * Prepare and maintain up-to-date training documentation (attendance lists, assessments, and evidence) * Operate and support simulator-based training, where applicable * Ensure proper equipment usage and adherence to safety standards * Contribute to continuous improvement of training materials and processes **We are looking for** We seek a professional with proven experience as an Offshore Crane Operator, possessing strong practical knowledge and commitment to operational safety. Prior experience as an instructor will be considered an advantage, as will familiarity with training environments and simulators. Strong communication skills, teaching ability, and the capacity to engage diverse learner profiles are essential. We seek an organized individual with attention to detail, capable of delivering high-quality, compliant training. In general, the following qualifications are expected: * Minimum 2 years of experience as an Offshore Crane Operator; * Resident of Rio de Janeiro city or surrounding region; * Experience in training or instruction is an advantage; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency is an advantage; * Experience with simulators is an advantage; * Proactive profile with a results- and safety-oriented mindset; * Strong communication and presentation skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail.
