The main responsibilities include: * Define and propose technical solutions aligned with business challenges, leading architecture design with focus on performance, security, and * scalability; * Organize and oversee development team activities, promoting technical alignment and delivery efficiency; * Supervise solution implementation, ensuring compliance with quality standards, engineering best practices, and code governance; * Promote best practices such as automated testing, code reviews, continuous integration, technical documentation, and security * from the development phase; * Support team growth through mentoring, feedback, and knowledge sharing; * Serve as the technical liaison between the development team and partner areas including Product, Security, Infrastructure, and other squads. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience as a Tech Lead or technical reference in agile squads. * Experience in environments with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment pipelines. * Experience working with teams in the PIX ecosystem or payment systems. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into accessible language for non-technical stakeholders.
