




Job Summary: A professional responsible for building maintenance, planning, evaluation, and control of services, team supervision, and resolution of operational issues. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare measurements, reports, and budgets The professional will be responsible for building maintenance, performing technical activities related to planning, evaluation, and control of maintenance services for facilities. Supervise preventive and corrective tasks, ensuring compliance with technical standards. Guide the work team, resolve operational issues, provide clarifications, and implement corrective measures to guarantee operational efficiency and continuity. Key responsibilities include assigning maintenance tasks according to each professional's specialization, monitoring service execution, and verifying adherence to schedules, proper use of uniforms, tools, and PPE. The role requires requisitioning materials, tools, replacement parts, components, and other supplies necessary for service execution, as well as maintaining inventory control. The professional must operate text editing software, spreadsheets, and email; prepare measurements, reports, technical assessments, and budgets—preferably based on the SINAPI table—consolidating material and service quantities and performing necessary unit conversions. Continuous coordination with the client's supervisory team is required: receiving and relaying instructions, issuing documents, and ensuring team actions align with contractual requirements. The professional will also implement preventive maintenance plans. Additionally, routine inspections are conducted, functionality of utility installations (electricity and water) is verified, reservoir levels are monitored, and overall facility conditions are certified.
