In this role, you will supervise and ensure maintenance quality for UPS systems, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and generators, contributing to the reliability and efficiency of electrical power systems. **This role requires you to perform the following activities:** * Conduct periodic inspections according to the scheduled maintenance routine to assess the condition and operational status of electrical systems at the airport; * Supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, performing necessary actions to ensure proper preservation and operation of generators and UPS; * Evaluate material and service requests to ensure timely execution of activities; * Review technical documentation regarding identified issues and performed activities; * Monitor activity execution in accordance with the Maintenance Plan to eliminate/reduce occurrences of non-operationalities; * Implement measures for rational resource usage to reduce costs. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Control and Automation Engineering; * Experience in maintenance and repair of UPS systems and generators; * Experience in supervising and ensuring maintenance quality for electrical power equipment; * Knowledge of electrical power systems and automation; * Experience using testing and measurement tools and equipment; * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics; * Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines; * Profile oriented toward continuous process improvement; * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Attention to detail; * **GATE** attitudes of RIOgaleão team members: **G**rit and Determination, **A**utodevelopment, **T**eamwork, and **E**ntrepreneurial Mindset (Owner’s Mindset). **You’ll have an edge if you have:** * Certification in UPS and uninterruptible power supply maintenance; * Knowledge of airport operations; * Technical English. **Beyond this professional challenge, our opportunity includes a differentiated benefits package.
