Guiding and monitoring team performance The finishing machine operator is responsible for operating, adjusting, and regulating cutting and welding machines, ensuring proper equipment operation and production process quality. This role involves changing and modifying programs according to technical criteria defined by Process Engineering, Work Instructions, and Quality standards, thereby guaranteeing compliance with established specifications. The operator also supervises and guides personnel assigned specifically to their machine, monitors process performance, identifies potential deviations, and ensures workplace organization, safety, and equipment and work environment maintenance.
