Experience in the role and strong communication skills ### **️ Responsibilities** * Control access for residents, visitors, and service providers; * Provide public service and support to the Condominium/Club; * Handle deliveries and correspondence; * Monitor surveillance cameras and conduct patrols, if necessary; * Follow security procedures. ### **Requirements** * Experience in the role; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Attention to detail, responsibility, and organization; * Flexible availability. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Training in doorman or security services; Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
