**Job Description/Responsibilities:**
* Document Management: Assembling, verifying, and organizing vehicle-related processes, including ownership transfer, initial license plate issuance, licensing, debt regularization, lien cancellations, and sale intentions.
* Customer Service: Providing procedural guidance, quotations, document collection, and service status follow-up.
* External/Internal Procedures: Document scanning, form completion, inspection scheduling, and visits to public agencies (DETRAN/Poupatempo).
* Debt Research: Identifying traffic fines, financial restrictions (liens), and tax debts (IPVA/licensing).
**Desired Soft Skills and Experience:**
* Digital Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and document management systems.
* Behavioral Profile: Strong communication skills, organizational ability, attention to detail (to prevent document errors), and efficiency.
* Prior experience with automotive documentation is desirable.
