




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for controlling and managing product, material, and equipment inventory, ensuring organization and continuous availability. Key Highlights: 1. Join us in this transformation! **Work Location:** Rio de Janeiro, RJ (Iguá Rio de Janeiro S.A). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor minimum stock levels of products using an IT system, ensuring continuous material availability and preventing stockouts; * Verify incoming materials and invoices in the system by comparing them against purchase orders, and report any discrepancies identified between requested and received items; * Record outgoing materials, equipment, and supplies in the system, ensuring inventory accuracy and traceability; * Receive equipment, supplies, and other materials, verifying invoices and purchase orders, and rejecting deliveries in case of irregularities or non-conformities; * Analyze material requests based on requirements, standards, procedures, and the company’s operational reality; * Receive and forward materials and equipment for exchange or maintenance, upon prior authorization from the responsible manager; * Maintain the warehouse environment clean, organized, and hygienic on a periodic basis, ensuring good storage practices; * Comply with and uphold internal quality, environmental, compliance, occupational health and safety standards, contributing to continuous process improvement; * Control and requisition office supplies and/or warehouse materials, subject to prior approval and according to departmental needs; * Populate spreadsheets or control systems with collected data as required, keeping information updated and accessible for decision-making. * Coordinate movement of materials/equipment among Iguá RJ units. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Valid and permanent Category B driver's license; * Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM, Monday through Friday; * Prior experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks is desirable.
