Your responsibilities will include: * Receiving, dispatching, inspecting, and storing materials properly identified according to product type and storage rules. * Receiving and controlling material entry and exit lists along with their respective invoices. * Preparing materials and supplies for use, making them available to logistics with proper identification. * Keeping the warehouse management system or spreadsheet up to date, recording all product or material entries and exits. * Receiving and controlling materials returned from field sites and storing them with proper identification. * Distributing products and materials for dispatch, ensuring proper identification. * Organizing the warehouse to facilitate movement of stored materials. * Ensuring inventory control and accurate recording of all entries and exits, distributing all products and materials for dispatch in an organized manner according to product type. * Maintaining a clean and well-preserved warehouse. * Supporting physical inventory counts and preparation of periodic inventories. * Supporting recommendations for dispatch and storage locations based on warehouse operational efficiency, inventory turnover, and expiration dates. Preferred qualifications: * Completed high school education; * Flexible availability regarding working hours; * Easy access to the central region of Rio de Janeiro.
