Responsibility and constant attention ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Responsible for monitoring CCTV system images to identify suspicious or abnormal situations. Conducts periodic patrols in internal and external areas of the company to prevent theft, vandalism, and other irregularities. Controls access of people, vehicles, and goods by verifying documents and authorizations, preventing unauthorized entry. Records entry/exit data and prepares detailed incident reports, informing superiors of any abnormalities or risks. Identifies and proactively addresses accident risks or situations compromising safety. In emergencies (e.g., fires, intrusions, or accidents), activates competent services and acts to minimize damage, potentially mediating conflicts. Provides guidance to visitors, suppliers, and service providers in accordance with internal policies. Collaborates with other security professionals in more complex operations. This position requires constant attention, responsibility, strong communication skills, quick decision-making, and preferably residence in the West Zone or Central Zone. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Completed high school (mandatory). * Preferred qualifications: Additional courses in security. * Experience: 6 months to 1 year in roles such as security guard, doorman, or access controller. * Attention to detail and constant vigilance * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Quick decision-making in risky situations * Discipline, punctuality, responsibility, and professional ethics * Teamwork ability and discretion * Physical stamina and willingness to work night shifts or long hours standing * Preferable residence in the West Zone or Central Zone * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays * Basic computer knowledge (e.g., monitoring systems, report completion, etc.) ### **BENEFITS** * Meal/Voucher Allowance: BRL 25.00 per day * Transportation Voucher * Night Shift Premium (if applicable) ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
