Teamwork and rapid decision-making ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Responsible for monitoring CCTV system footage to identify suspicious or abnormal situations. Conducts periodic patrols in internal and external company areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and other irregularities. Controls the entry of people, vehicles, and goods by verifying documents and authorizations, thereby preventing unauthorized access. Records entry/exit data and prepares detailed incident reports, informing supervisors of any abnormalities or risks. Identifies potential accident risks or security-compromising situations and takes preventive action. In emergencies (e.g., fires, intrusions, or accidents), contacts relevant emergency services and acts to minimize damage; may also mediate conflicts. Provides guidance to visitors, suppliers, and service providers in accordance with internal policies. Collaborates with other security personnel during more complex operations. This position requires constant vigilance, responsibility, strong communication skills, rapid decision-making, and preferably residence in the West Zone or Central Region. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Completed high school (mandatory). * Preferred qualifications: Additional courses in the security field. * Experience: 6 months to 1 year in roles such as security guard, doorman, or access controller. * Attention to detail and constant vigilance * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Rapid decision-making in risk situations * Discipline, punctuality, responsibility, and professional ethics * Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain discretion * Physical stamina * Preferably resides in the West Zone or Central Region * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays * Basic computer literacy (e.g., operating monitoring systems, completing reports, etc.) ### **BENEFITS** * Meal/Voucher Allowance: BRL 25.00 per day * Transportation Voucher * Night Shift Premium (if working night shifts) ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
