We are attentive to the world and to what people seek. **Job Description** * Greet guests/customers at the front desk or by telephone, identifying them and providing information and clarifications (reservations, flight confirmation, addresses/phone numbers of locations, complaints, etc.). * Mediate conflicts and intervene in critical/atypical situations involving customers/guests. * Enter customer reservation information into the system. * Offer, award points for, and operate the loyalty program according to established standards. * Handle telephone inquiries, following the standards of the hotel chain and the property. * Perform other related duties as required by the department. **Qualifications** * Fluent English * Internal front desk procedures * Microsoft Office Suite * Internet
