You will be responsible for making the first impression, ensuring warm and efficient service to customers, partners, and colleagues. * Conduct initial in-person interactions with courtesy and professionalism. * Manage and route calls through our IVR system. * Provide multichannel service (via phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail). * Manage and route calls through our IVR system. * Complete and monitor performance indicators using Excel. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Intermediate proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; * Prior experience in public-facing customer service; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Active listening and assertive communication abilities to handle diverse situations; * While we emphasize delivery, you will be responsible for opening and closing the office; therefore, **punctuality** is essential. **Additional Information** **We Offer:** Fixed Compensation: R$1\.798,00 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM On-site Position Flexible Ticket: R$ 33.00 per business day; Transportation Allowance; SulAmérica Health and Dental Insurance; TotalPass and Wellhub (via Health Insurance); An additional 1.5-month salary tied to individual performance and profit-sharing; Training budget for courses and access to our corporate university; Discounts at educational institutions, healthcare providers, and partner restaurants; Birthday Day Off (one paid day off during your birth month); And an exceptionally pleasant work environment and culture.
