INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** ***Your main challenges as a JUNIOR OPERATIONS ANALYST \- DATA FOCUS are:*** * Develop and update dashboards in Power BI and Salesforce with relevant KPIs for business areas. * Organize data in a structured manner, maintaining reliable historical databases. * Perform data analysis to identify variations, impacts, and seasonality. * Present insights, diagnostics, and studies to management using structured PowerPoint presentations. * Proactively identify and present opportunities that add value to the business. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields * Power BI (modeling, report creation, DAX) * Advanced Excel and Power Query * PowerPoint (information organization and visualization) * Basic statistics and forecasting * Familiarity with databases and raw data processing **Additional Information** Work Location: **Av.
