Job Description Greet and welcome guests promptly in food and beverage areas, contributing to service quality and continuous improvement of guest satisfaction levels; warmly greet guests; provide personalized service to guests and customers, offering various information about the hotel (services, operating hours, etc.); promote sales of menu items according to each customer’s profile.
